Educational Support
HCMV's mission includes interviewing local prospective students for Harvard University admission, representing Harvard at college fairs and providing scholarships for local Harvard students. If you are interested in joining the interview process, please email Dick Soo Hoo or call him at 978-470-2293.
HCMV's academic support goes well beyond Harvard admissions. We encourage excellence through recognition of local high school students with the Harvard Prize Book Award. The Prize is awarded annually to selected Junior year H.S. students within our 16 towns and cities. Enterprise Bank generously sponsors this effort.
The Club has recently embarked upon an ambitious program to advise local high school students in their effort to gain admission to selective colleges and universities (Harvard and others).
HCMV sponsors a variety of cultural and educational events year 'round, including theater outings, wine-tastings, sports events, nature hikes, museum trips and more.
Through a reciprocity arrangement, members also may attend Harvard Club of the North Shore's (HCNS) events.
